What got me through while reading such dry copy?  It was knowing that people will be able to download these audio files, put them on their mp3 players, and listen to it all while going about their daily lives and the be able to make informed decisions and ask pertinent questions. Thinking of the people that can not read the bill is what gave me my voice.  I also thought of my father with each page I turned. He was blind and, if he were alive today, would have taken advantage of this tool to make himself informed.
